Who writes here: addresses, IDs and passwords, app files and terms
People lose their way into a Lotus365 account for one of three reasons: the address they opened is not the one their ID was made on, someone else controls the ID, or they installed something they should not have. The site is split along the same lines, so each subject has one writer who owns it, and nothing is published until a colleague has read it through. None of us can see into a Lotus365 account, and none of us will ever ask to see into yours.

- Sayali Ranade writes about addresses: what the ending after the dot means, why so many names share one word, and how a phone's own saved-password list shows where an account lives.
- Farhan Contractor writes about IDs and passwords: who creates an ID, who else holds its first password, how a genuine reset works and which requests should end a conversation.
- Nandini Ghatpande writes about app files and the conditions of the single offer linked here: what Android shows before and after an install, and bonus conditions as dates, caps and multiples.
The writers are pen names. We use them so that no reader goes looking for a person to contact about an account, which is the first step of most scams in this niche. Corrections, and anything we got wrong, go to the email in the footer.
